Someone's gotta be first.

Here's my first attempt at Microscale, and also my largest Space MOC to date. This is also my longest project ever, taking me just over a week from beginning to posting. It's not quite a SHIP, but I certainly have a new respect for SHIP builders. I fully admit that this is a blatantly boilerplate ship, but I figured for my first try I wouldn't attempt anything too original.

Wow, that is one awesome ship, I have only recently tried my hand at building in the same theme (this blows my attempt clear out of the water) so I can really appreciate this sort of thing now, the black is well carried off too, that's a hard colour to photograph. Awesome work

I like the arched profile under the bow. Your graphics are also very 'nautical', Chris. Nice work.
